Welcome to our piece of paradise!

At Schmelter Stoney Acres, we're here for hosting your special events. Whether it be a birthday party, open house, or wedding, we'd like to be a part of your family's special memories. We provide a unique one-of-a-kind venue in lower Genesee County, Michigan. Our party barn is a showcase for fun, while also providing a blast from the past. The barn hosts a variety of older and vintage signs from businesses that stood in the surrounding area. You'll find lots of creativity in this space, adding a rock and roll vibe.

The land here is a breath of fresh air, with several unique spaces to set up for ceremonies. We have two spaces most commonly used for ceremonies. One is near the lake and the other is near two willow trees.
